During the audit, Allora Options has provided evidence to demonstrate Conformity with Best Practice across Module 2.  From interviews with the Key Personnel, Worker Sampling, Participant Sampling, site tour, and document review it was apparent that there is demonstrated commitment to providing quality services to participants and understand of the NDIS rules.  The company exceeds the requirements for Practitioner supervision, and professional development, by investing significantly in their team resulting in highly skilled, knowledgeable, and experienced Practitioners.
